33 years ago, our founder started this group of companies aware that the most important thing is the Human Resource with which we have and based on that principle that we have proudly learned, we present the Code of Ethics and Conduct of Marzam Corporation, which will be our guide and will define our decisions and actions among coworkers, suppliers, customers and other people and institutions related to our business activity.

When we speak of ethical values, we define it as a set of positive qualities that direct our behavior. As a consequence, these values lead us to do the best and the right thing. Likewise, as an institution, we seek that our corporate values: strategic leadership, competitiveness, teamwork, effective communication, orientation to results and customer, adaptation to change, development of people and commitment are the basis of the behavior of each employee of this business group to lead us with integrity to maintain a good working environment, better relationships with our suppliers and the satisfaction of our customers.
